Stereo JPEG is a JPEG-based format for stereoscopic images. It contains two images of identical size side by side, one for each eye. It can be either parallel or crosseyed.

Both JPG and JPS extensions are used, but JPS is mostly only recognized by spesial 3D-software, while JPG-extension can be viewed by all viewers and browser.
